Shipping Policy

1. Processing and Shipping Times
Please allow approximately 5-7 business days for us to prepare your order for shipment. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 10-15 business days for our Standard Shipping option.

Please note that during holiday seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be longer than usual. We appreciate your patience.

2. Shipping Methods & Costs
We offer Standard Shipping to the continental United States (the 48 contiguous states) for a flat rate of $6.99. Please be aware that this service does not currently extend to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. territories.

3. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link. This link allows you to monitor your package’s journey directly to your doorstep.

Please allow 7-10 business days for the shipping carrier to scan your package into their system. If your tracking information appears unavailable initially, it means the carrier is still processing the shipment. The status will update as soon as the package is scanned.

4. Incorrect or Unclaimed Addresses
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided at checkout or because it was unclaimed, we will notify you via the email address associated with your order.

Please note:

  • A refund for the subtotal of your order will be processed only after the returned package has been received at our facility.

  • Once issued, it may take your bank or card issuer 2-8 business days to fully process the refund.

  • We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after being forwarded or redirected by the carrier based on an incorrect address provided by the customer.

5. Defective, Incorrect, or Damaged Items
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive an item that is defective, incorrect, or arrived damaged, please contact our Customer Support team immediately to initiate an exchange or return.

To help us resolve your issue quickly, please have the following information ready:

  • Your Order Number

  • A clear photo or video of the product and/or damage

  • Your complete delivery address

  • A contact telephone number

In many cases, visual proof is required for us to process a refund or replacement efficiently.

Important: Please contact our support team before filing a dispute or chargeback with your bank, as this can significantly delay the resolution process. We are committed to working with you directly to solve any problem.
