Return Policy

Easy 30-Day Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return any unworn and unused item within 30 days of receiving your parcel for a refund.

Return Conditions:

  • Returned items must be in their original, saleable condition: unworn, unwashed, and unused.

  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and attached.

  • Items that show any signs of wear, damage, or have missing tags will not be accepted for a refund.

How to Return an Item:

  1. Contact Customer Service: Email us at support@rey.com to initiate a return and receive the correct return address and instructions.

  2. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

  3. Ship Your Return: Mail your return using a trackable shipping service. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  4. Inspection & Refund: Once we receive your return, our team will inspect it. Upon approval, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once this is complete.

Important Information:
The following situations are not eligible for a return or refund:

  • Personalized or custom items (e.g., custom jerseys), unless they are faulty, damaged, or we sent the incorrect item.

  • Requests made after 30 days from the delivery date.

  • Choosing the wrong size, product, address, or custom information at checkout.

  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or poor maintenance.

  • Returns for personal reasons, such as a change of mind or personal taste.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a faulty or incorrect item.

Rey is not responsible for return packages that are lost in transit. We highly recommend using an insured and trackable shipping method.

Return Abuse Policy

To ensure a fair and sustainable policy for all our customers, Rey monitors return activity for excessive or fraudulent patterns. Abuse of our return policy may result in the limitation of your return privileges or the refusal of future transactions. We will notify customers directly if any concerns arise regarding their return activity.

International Returns

  • Customs & Duties: International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes incurred when returning an item.

  • Shipping Fees: All international return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Processing Time: Please allow additional time for international returns to be processed and for refunds to be issued.

Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired product.

Resend Policy

Incorrect Size:
If an item does not fit, please contact us at support@rey.com with photos of you wearing the item for confirmation. Once verified, you can pay a small postage fee, and we will arrange to send the correct size.

Logistics Exception:
If your package is significantly delayed and the tracking shows an “Alert” or “Expired” status, please contact us. We will investigate and, if necessary, resend your package at no extra cost.

Customs Hold or Loss:
If your international package is lost or seized by customs, please provide us with official proof. After confirmation, we will resend your package free of charge.
